- Feb 13th - March 31st: 10am-5pm
- April 1st - September 30th: 10am-6pm
- October 1st - October 31st : 10am-5pm

For hygiene reasons animals, excluding guide dogs for the blind, are not allowed at either site.

The Vindolanda Trust was founded in 1970 to excavate, preserve and present the Roman remains at Vindolanda and Carvoran - next to the Roman Army Museum. Your visit to our two sites helps this work to continue.
